Jogging..

finally i managed to drag my dear to run on sat.. hehe but i only run for about 5-10 mins.. goodness lost all my stamina after nua-ing for so long (lost count).. yeh so bad tat i was feeling giddy and had to sit down and rest.. so long tat my dear had to turn back and look for me.. upset of not finishing.. i made my dear agree to run again on sun.. this time i run 2 rounds.. felt great to perspire and having my heart and muscles worked out.. now i'm having muscles ache.. but it's ok.. we have to start running and b fit again..
